VISION

ASSOCIATION

By sharing ideas, we discovered the need to become members of the same team, while maintaining our own distinct and individual identity in Christ Jesus. The Home in Fire Ministries is not intended to be an instrument of ecclesiastical restrictions in the sense of interfering with the methods applied in each ministry. Our goal is to promote interdependence while maintaining independence.

"So therefore, comfort one another, and build one another up, as ye also are doing. And we beseech you, brethren, that ye may recognize those who labor among you, and who preside over you in the Lord, and admonish you; have great esteem and love because of his work. Have peace among yourselves."  (I TS 5:11-13)

COMMUNION

We have found that there is great strength in the diversity of our backgrounds and experiences in the body of Christ, yet it is not our desire to become uniform in methods, operations, or funds. It is through fellowship that we take full advantage of the collective wisdom, knowledge and insight that comes from God. We promote fellowship and mutual sharing of ideas and information. Our goal is unity without uniformity.

Oh! How good and how smooth it is for brothers to live in unity. Psalm 133:1

RELATIONSHIP

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships are vital tools for successful fellowship. As we make every effort to strengthen one another, we will recognize the importance of fellowship by respecting and cherishing each other greatly. Home in Fire Ministries offers an accountability system that adheres to biblical principles and insists on the highest level of integrity and accountability. Our motto is responsibility without jurisdiction.

Is not your fear of God your confidence, and your hope the INTEGRITY of your ways? Remember: by chance, has any innocent person perished? And where were the uprights destroyed?

Job 4:6-7

PARTINESHIP

''Therefore encourage one another  and build each other up,  just as in fact you are doing. Now we ask you, brothers and sisters, to acknowledge those who work hard among you, who care for you in the Lord  and who admonish you.  Hold them in the highest regard in love because of their work. Live in peace with each other.''                  (1 Thess 5:11-13)

INFORMATION

Sharing vital information and words of encouragement gives participants in an organization or group a feeling of connection and mutual understanding. Regular and consistent communication was very much practiced in the early church. The apostle Paul ordained this task for the church in Thessalonica.

By the Lord I adjure you that this epistle be read to all the holy brethren.

1 Thes. 5:27.

FINANCIAL POLICY

It is our desire as a network to be an organization that supports Pastors from all nations connected to ministry. To participate in Home in Fire Ministries a small semester fee is required.  for the purpose of defraying the expenses of the ministry. We are sure that our associates are aware of the monthly expenses that are necessary for the mission to fulfill its purpose of offering practicality and necessary material to the associates, aiming at the good progress of the Lord's work.

In order to ease these operating costs, we are asking all members to see Home in Fire Ministries as a mission. However, your mission support must be within your operating budget assigned to your missionary costs (money usually designated for missions). The mission will not be an extra financial burden, but money in advance assigned to missionary work. In other words, you are not paying to be a part of Home in Fire Ministries, but you are supporting a mission organization that aims to exchange pastors in various parts of the world.
